R.P. Garg is Engineering graduate from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has handled construction of Canals, Buildings, Cross Drainage Works, Hydro Electrical Power Projects and has extensive experience in the field of Earth Moving, Rock Excavation, Mass concreting, Dewatering and Multi Storeyed Construction .

After serving Punjab P.W.D (Irrigation) for a brief period of 6 years, he successfully promoted Gables Group of Companies in the year 1985 which is now engaged in Construction, Hospitality and Real Estate business. R.P. Garg has an immense exposure of more than 40 years.
